The Renovation Has Begun!
We at 2000 Roses Foundation, Inc. would like for you to join us in our most aggressive initiative in our seven year history. We were selected by the Delancey Street Foundation in San Francisco, CA, and the Eisenhower Foundation in Washington, D.C. in March 2005, to develop the Delancey Street model in Texas.

We're calling on our friends, partners, supporters and alliances to renovate our facility. The scope of the work includes,
1. Leveling the foundation which will cost $15,000.00
2. Replacing windows (51 @ 150.00 per window, totaling $7,650.00
3. Replacing 14 interior doors @ $70.00 a door, totaling $980.00
4. Replacing 2 exterior doors @ $150.00 a door, totaling $300.00
5. Heating/ Air System (HVAC), remove and replace HVAC duct system under the house with metal duct and insulation, a secure the entire duct system to the bottom of the floor joist. Totaling $5,749.65
6. Plumbing: repair waster water plumbing system and fixture connections as necessary, totaling $4,286.67
The interior of the home will be restored by the residents themselves and will serve to provide training in restoration as a professional trade, under the supervision and instruction of the Building Crew of Delancey Street graduates.
